When you are buying  layouts from Layout Factory  you are agree the following item:

All designs and textures  (including furniture props) remains the intellectual property of Layout Factory.  You have no permission to copy, share, alter, sell, gift, transfer and or distribute textures from Layout Factory. Nor you will class the creation from Layout Factory as your own work. Putting textures into another photosharing  (i.e. Photobucket and  etc.)  accounts is prohibited and will be reported. Breaking this this agreement will result in a  complant to World Operations regarding a breach in Terms of Agreement , along with copyright.
